Royal Oak comic book artist Mark Sahagian published his own series of mini-comics in the early '90s and is inking Odyssey Comics Legacy. His own current project is From Time & Space due out in the fall of 1999. Despite all this, he vehemently claims that he is "not really a Martian." Sahagian, a longtime supporter of the Royal Oak vibrant downtown is, like many other residents, concerned about the current trend; too many restaurants, posers, and coffee shops, and the city's total lack of respect for the visionaries that made the area Michigan's hippest (and busiest) downtown.
